About our transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book: we follow your arrival and your driver will be there when you land.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. We also send you his phone number in advance.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Transfers are priced per vehicle, not per person — so it's often cheaper than you think for families and groups.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. Short photo and coffee stops are always possible. For longer visits (a kasbah, a waterfall…), tell us and we'll plan a transfer with stops.
Can you pick us up inside the Marrakech medina?
Cars can't enter some streets of the medina, so we meet you at the nearest accessible point — often with a porter to help with your luggage.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Please tell us the age of the children when you book.
How do I pay?
Most transfers are paid in cash to the driver (euros or dirhams). For long journeys we may ask for a small deposit.
Can I book a driver for several days?
Yes — our transport-only tours run from 4 to 30 days. Prices start at 180 € per day and go down to 160 € or 140 € per day for longer trips (per vehicle). You choose the route and the hotels.
