Day 1 · City tour
Explore Fes el-Bali with an official local guide: the Bou Inania madrasa, the Al Quaraouiyine university, the famous tanneries, the Jewish quarter and the gates of the Royal Palace.

Day trip from Fes to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the holy town of Moulay Idriss and the imperial city of Meknes with its monumental Bab Mansour gate.

In the late afternoon we reach Merzouga, where your camels are waiting to take you into the Erg Chebbi dunes for the sunset. Dinner, Berber drums by the fire and a night in the desert camp.

Explore the Erg Chebbi by 4x4: visit a nomad family, listen to Gnawa music in Khamlia and discover Rissani's market. In the late afternoon, camel trek to the camp for the sunset.

A free day in the dunes: sandboarding, an optional quad or buggy ride, or simply relaxing at the camp. Another night under the stars.

After breakfast, we leave Merzouga.
Stop in Erfoud, famous for its fossils, and Rissani, the cradle of the Alaouite dynasty.
Cross the oasis of Tinejdad and its ancient khettaras.

After breakfast, we leave Todra Gorge.
Drive past the palm grove of Tinghir.

Day 15 · Walking day
A guided walk through the extraordinary rock formations of the Dades valley, known as the “Monkey Fingers”, and the Berber villages of the gorges.

Continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs through Kelaat M'Gouna and the Valley of Roses.

Pass through Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco”, with its Taourirt kasbah.
